Whisky Distillery Tour - Tullibardine Distillery

A little about the tour:

Located in the superb and scenic area of Blackford, Perthshire, Tullbardine is a traditional Highland working distillery, in production seven days a week. We believe this allows our customers to have a real idea of what goes on inside the distillery and feel part of this most fascinating of processes. We host a great range of distillery tours to suit everyones taste, whether you are new to whisky or in fact consider yourself a whisky connoisseur. Choose from the 'classic', the tutored tasting, the 'bonded' or the 'connisseur' tour: There is a distillery tour to suit everyone.

At Tullibardine we believe our distillery is a real gem as it continues to operate in the traditional way, without modern day computer technology, giving visitors a real insight to the whisky distillation process. Our distillery is very unique as you are able to follow the whole distillation process in the one room.

It all begins with the milling where you will see the barley being made into grist, follow the journey with our tour guide and see how this is transformed into the new make spirit. You will then be taken to the warehouse where the Oak casks are stored having been specially sourced and selected by our whisky experts here at Tullibardine.

Distillery tours and tastings are always led by one of our enthusiastic and knowledgeable guides and are run frequently throughout the day with the first tour starting at 10am and the last starting at 4pm.
